Risk Management

The Toronto Inner-City Rugby Foundation (TIRF) is not a rugby club, but is a member of the rugby community. TIRF is governed by Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada and follows Rugby Ontario’s Player Safety/Welfare Protocols. Information on player safety/welfare protocols can be accessed through Rugby Ontario.

All TIRF staff, coaches, and volunteers must sign and abide by TIRF’s Code of Conduct. Please contact the Program Manager if you have any questions on TIRF’s Code of Conduct and/or risk management procedures.

Refunds

Toronto Inner-City Rugby Foundation is a non-profit organization that accepts cash and in-kind donations from individuals and businesses. All equipment, or other sales, are final. All donations are final. If you experience issues with the donation portal, or would like to discuss your gift, please contact us.
