Abdel Elmaadawi

As the Program Coordinator at Toronto Inner-City Rugby Foundation (TIRF), Abdel applies his skills and knowledge as a sport management and leadership professional to support the organization's mission of creating opportunities for youth through rugby. Abdel has experience developing and implementing strategic plans, managing programs and events, and building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Abdel holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology - Sport Management & Leadership from Western University, where he gained expertise in sport policy, governance, marketing, and research. Abdel also has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Criminology, which have helped him understand the social and cultural aspects of sport and physical activity.

Abdel’s academic background equips him with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve sporting organizations' operations and enhance the overall landscape of sports and competition.
